I designed a responsive website and mobile app for an online mental health platform focused on making therapy more accessible, private, and easy to start for individuals seeking professional support. The core goal of the project was to reduce friction and anxiety in the user journey—from first visit to booking a session. I structured the experience to clearly communicate trust, safety, and clarity, while allowing users to quickly choose between chat therapy and video therapy based on their comfort level.
